Prior to issuance of any building permits, the access easement will have to be improved <br />to meet the standards in Chapter 33 of the MCUZO (Marion County Urban Zoning <br />Ordinance) that includes a 20 foot wide paved surface. <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Once the approved use is established the following conditions <br />must be continually satisfied: <br />6. For more information, contact Matt Hendrick at (503) 584-7714. <br />APPEAL PROCEDURE: The Marion County Subdivision and Partition Ordinance provides <br />that certain Partition applications be considered first by the County Planning Director. If there is <br />any doubt that the application conforms with adopted land use policies and regulations the <br />Director must condition or deny the application. Any interested person who disagrees with the <br />decision may request that the application be considered by the Marion County Hearings Officer <br />after a public hearing. The applicant may also request a reconsideration (one time only and a fee <br />of $200) on the basis of new information subject to signing an extension of the 120 day time <br />limit for review of zoning applications. <br />
