The Marion County Surveyor's Office provided the following comments: <br /> <br />"No survey required on parcels created over ten acres. <br />Per ORS 92.050, plat must be submitted for review. <br />Checking fee, second mylar fee, and recording fee required. <br />Plant service report and/or title report must be submitted at the time of <br />review." <br /> <br />Marion County Public Works commented: <br /> <br />"Approval of the proposed partition will create one an additional home site on the subject <br />property resulting in no additional traffic on Silver Falls Hwy. SE. The following <br />requirements address impacts created by approval of the proposed partition: <br /> <br />The subject property is within the unincorporated area of Marion County. <br />Transportation and Parks Systems Development Charges shall be assessed <br />upon development o f any new homes on the newly created parcels at the tune <br />of application for building permits. <br /> <br />Driveway permits will be required for any new access or change in existing <br />access to the public right-of-way. Through theb~ui!ding permit process, the <br />applicant shall be required to apply for a driveway permit or an exemption <br />from the permit process. Public Works' staff will review the driveway at that <br />time and determine if it is in compliance with current County standards. If an <br />exemption is denied, the applicant will be required to apply for a driveway <br />permit and make necessary changes to establish a compliant access. No new <br />access on Jordan Street will be allowed." <br /> <br />The Oregon Department of Transportation commented: <br /> <br />"Comments from Don Jordan, ODOT District 3 Manager for the subject partition 02-27 are <br />as follow: <br /> <br />Parcel number one to share a single access with tax lot number 200. ODOT <br />requires new permit to up-date access. <br />Parcel number two to have only one access. ODOT requires new permit to <br />up-date access." <br /> <br />Marion County Building Inspection commented: "All applicable permits required by MCBI <br />for any construction are required. An Existing System Evaluation is required on all currently <br />developed parcels to insure there is no conflict between the proposed lot lines and the <br />existing septic systems, including septic replacement areas. A Site Evaluation approval is <br />required on all parcels that are proposed for development." <br /> <br /> <br />
