The proposed parcels are consistent with these requirements and are of sufficient size to <br />comply with the Ordinance development standards. <br /> <br />Based on the above and subject to the required agreements, the proposed partitioning complies <br />with the criteria for a partitioning in the AR zone and is, therefore APPROVED. <br /> <br />Staff recognizes the final partitioning may vary from the proposed plan due to topography or <br />surveying. Minor variations are permitted, however, each resulting parcel shall be a minimum <br />2.0 acres each. <br /> <br />Craig O.
