<br />NOTICE OF DECISION <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE NO. 00-1 <br />APPLICATION: <br /> Application of the Roy Philippi trust and Kristan and <br />Anthony Hoke for an Administrative Review to establish a farm stand <br />on a 14 acre parcel in an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) zone on property <br />located at 12495 Sunnyview Road NE, Salem. Section 21; T7S; R2W. <br />Lot 900. <br />DECISION: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has determined that the proposed farm stand is a <br />permitted use in the EFU zone. <br />EXPIRATION: <br /> This decision is valid only when exercised by <br />JANUARY 27, 2002 <br /> two years from the effective date of the <br />decision) unless an extension is granted. The effective period of <br />this application may be extended for one year subject to approval <br />of an extension. Request for an extension must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division prior to expiration of the approval. (Extension <br />form available from the Planning Division). <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1.The applicants shall obtain any permits, including subsurface <br />sewage disposal, required by the Marion County Building <br />Inspection Division. <br />2.Operation of the farm stand shall continually comply with the <br />standards in the Section 136.040 (A) of the Marion County <br />Rural Ordinance. <br />Other Permits, Fees and Restrictions: <br />The applicants are advised that the use of the property proposed in <br />this application may require additional permits and/or fees from <br />other local, State or Federal agencies. The Marion County land use <br />review and approval process does not take the place of, or relieve <br />the applicants of responsibility for acquiring such other permits, <br />or satisfying any restrictions or conditions thereon. <br />3.The applicant is advised to contact Marion County Department <br />of Public Works at 588-5036 to determine if a driveway permit <br />is required. <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />Administrative Review applications be considered first by the <br />County Planning Director.
