rendered and the property delivered to the successor Trustee by or on behalf of the predecessor <br /> Trustee as a full and complete discharge of the predecessor "Trustee without incurring any <br /> liability or responsibility for so doing. <br /> D. Compensation for trustee. My Trustee shall be entitled to reasonable <br /> compensation for its services as Trustee. <br /> E. Valuation. My Trustee shall be indemnified against liability (including liability <br /> for penalties) for valuation positions taken or settled if made in good faith and with reasonable <br /> basis. <br /> F. No Bond Required. No bond or other undertaking shall be required of any <br /> individual Trustee of any trust. <br /> ARTICLE XIV. <br /> TRUSTEE'S DUTIES AND POWERS <br /> My Trustee shall have all powers granted to trustees by Oregon law as now existing or <br /> later amended, except to the extent limited by the other provisions by this trust. In addition, my <br /> Trustee shall have the power: <br /> A. Manage Assets. To manage and dispose of assets. <br /> B. Retain Assets. To retain assets. <br /> C. Manner of Making Distribution. To make any distribution on behalf of the <br /> beneficiaries, directly to the person or organization furnishing expenses deemed supplemental in <br /> the discretion of my Trustee. <br /> D. Principal and Income. To allocate items of income or expenditure to either <br /> income or principal and create reserves out of income all as provided by law and to the extent <br /> not so provided to allocate to income or principal or create reserves of a reasonable basis and the <br /> fidrueiarv's decision made in good faith with respect thereto shall be binding and conclusive upon <br /> all persons. <br /> E. Employment of Agents. To engage persons, including attorneys, auditors, <br /> investment advisors, or agents to advise or assist the fiduciary at the cost of the trust estate. <br /> F. Make Investments. To invest and re-invest the trust estate in common or <br /> preferred stocks, bonds, mutual funds, trust funds, secured and unsecured obligations, <br /> mortgages, and other property, real or personal, which my Trustee considers advisable and in the <br /> best interest of the trust estate, whether or not authorized by law for the investment of trust <br /> funds, <br />
