The conditions observed
during this site evaluation indicate that the area around the evaluated test holes is not capable of
supporting a standard system due to depth to rapidly draining material. Under these conditions
PRESSURIZED DISTRIBUTION is required to adequately treat sewage effluent under DEQ rules.
System plans are approved as submitted. Please refer to the signed approved site plan dated July
19, 2019. Any deviation from the approved plans must be authorized by this office prior to
installation or the permit may be voided. It is the responsibility of applicant/installer to coordinate
these requirements with all others in OAR 340-071-0220.
This Permit is for a system designed to serve a single family dwelling with a maximum of 4
bedrooms. Peak sewage flow into the system is limited to a maximum of 450 gallons per day, with
an average sewage flow of not more than 225 gallons per day. Premature failure of the treatment
system may occur if either of these flow quantities is exceeded. The electrical work must be done
under a Marion County Electrical Permit and must be inspected and approved by a Marion County
Electrical Inspector. The work must be left uncovered and accessible for inspection. The electrical
inspection includes the connections to the pump and alarm in the dosing tank, the wiring in the
trench and the connections in the structure.
PRESSURIZED DISTRIBUTION systems are installed in soils with excessive amounts of sand
and gravel in the soil profile.
