We are planning to do a similar
building/occupancy as our current church located at 4700 Howell Prairie Rd NE.That existing system is sized at 790 Gpd
/1580 Peak. This system also had another building ( Fellowship Center) on it sized at 300 Gpd. In May of 2022 we had a
water meter installed and have used a total of 112,00 gallons between both buildings over a 20-month period. This boils
down to approx. 5,600 Gallons/month, 1,400 gallons per week, 186 gallons per day. This is our actual current usage and
the proposed usage at this new site would be identical minus the 300 gpd allotted to the Fellowship Center which is not
proposed at this time. I think if we went with the sizing of 790 GPD we would be well covered, just my though. Hope this
helps.Thanks
Current sizing is based on Feb 18, 2003, document by Zan Ewing for the 4700 Howell Prairie Rd address.
206A0 7/011,14GOV
Oregon Sewer & Drain LLC
503.874.9414 Office
503.302.0833 Cell
ccb#201683 deq#38968
www.oregonsewer.com
i
