Danielle Brown
From: Josh Hansen <josh@oregonsewer.com>
Sent: Thursday,January 4, 2024 4:49 PM
To: Danielle Brown
Subject: 1195 Howell Prairie Site eval updates
Attachments: 4700 Howell Prarie - Current Flow Data Nov-Dec.pdf
Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Flagged
A WARNING:This email originated outside of Marion County.
DO NOT CLICK links or attachments unless you trust the sender and know the content is safe.
Hi Danny,
Thanks for the phone call earlier. I did some digging and came up with some more data for you. I also learned something
today, our water meter also keeps daily flow data for the last 60 days, so I have daily usage for the past 2 months. I went
ahead and compiled it into a spreadsheet with attendance numbers. This is a good representation of flow data for
average attendance and hopefully will help with sizing. I also was mistaken on the amount of proposed seating. The
actual proposed seating amount should be 300 max(not 500). So, if you take the actual flow data from our highest flow
day at 1182 gallons/492 in attendance=—2.4 gallon per day. If we take 2.4 gpd/person x 300 max seats=720 gpd (1,440
peak). Hope this helps and let me know once you have had a chance to review. Thanks
2004 1161144401.1.
Oregon Sewer & Drain LLC
503.874.9414 Office
503.302.0833 Cell
ccb#201683 deq#38968
www.oregonsewer.com
