Dear Michael, <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> We have completed our site evaluation for the proposed major repair at <br /> BUILDING the above referenced property, please see the findings below: <br /> INSPECTION <br /> Approved Area & System Type <br /> EMERGENCY <br /> MANAGEMENT A soils test pit and other site features were evaluated on the property <br /> duringthe site visit on March 2022 Conditions observed gthis site <br /> ENGINEERING <br /> 1, during <br /> evaluation indicate that the area around the evaluated test holes is not <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL capable of supporting a Standard septic system due to the following <br /> SERVICES limitations. <br /> OPERATIONS Limited space — There is not sufficient area for a full standard <br /> PARKS system in accordance with OAR 340-071-0220 and due to well and <br /> other setbacks. <br /> PLANNING <br /> Depth to Soil with Rapid or Very Rapid Permeability <br /> SURVEY <br /> DEQ Rule requirement: Soil with rapid or very rapid permeability <br /> must be 36" below the ground surface. "Soil with rapid or very rapid <br /> permeability" refers to sandy loam or coarser soil with 35% or more <br /> coarse fragments over 2mm; loamy sand or sand; or stones, cobbles, <br /> gravel and rock fragments with too little soil material to fill the void <br /> spaces. OAR 340-071-0220(1)(c) <br /> Description: Treatment of sewage occurs in the soil around the <br /> drainfield area. If the sewage enters the groundwater before it has <br /> been adequately treated in the soil, it poses a potential public health <br /> hazard.
