The only way to match existing shutter <br /> is to repair them. If when they are taken down they are too bad to repair, Lindemann Homes <br /> will discuss with John Tate. <br /> Total price for repairs listed above $12,990.00 <br /> PAINTING: Interior painting <br /> Interior painting estimate includes: <br /> • Protect all surfaces around painting area. <br /> • Apply primer to any unpainted surfaces. <br /> • Paint the wall board areas that were chosen with 2 coats of premium grade acrylic paint. <br /> • Paint chosen trim areas with oil or acrylic enamel. <br /> • Remove and dispose all masking and painting debris. <br /> Total: $7,550.00 <br /> Exterior painting estimate includes: <br /> • Treat all mold and mildew with mold be gone to kill organisms. <br /> • Pressure wash all surfaces to receive finish. <br /> • Rinse all windows with <br /> • Windex Outdoor Rinse. <br /> • Clean gutters of debris. <br /> • Scrape all loose or chipping paint down to a well adhered surface. <br /> • Re-fasten any loose siding boards. <br /> • Loose caulking to be removed and replaced, includes caulking all existing gaps. <br /> • Prime all bare wood surfaces. <br /> Y Any rusted metal or nail heads to be wire brushed and primed. <br /> • Mask and protect all surfaces as needed. <br /> • Apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Lifetime Superpaint. <br /> • Add a mildewcide to all paint. <br /> • All surfaces to be back brushed and rolled. <br /> • Overhang will be painted the same as the body. <br /> • Paint the bottom edge of all siding boards down by the foundation. <br /> • Paint entry doors. <br /> • Remove and dispose of all masking and painting debris. <br />
