During the walk around inspection only 7 pieces of damaged siding were noted. A piece <br /> of siding will have to be removed before I can order new siding to ensure the correct type of <br /> siding is ordered. <br /> SECTION 6: Replace deck handrail. <br /> Replace deck handrail estimate includes. <br /> • Remove rotten handrail on upper deck at back of house. <br /> • Re-use existing posts. <br /> • Wrap existing posts with new cedar trim and top. <br /> • Install new cedar handrail, per design discussed between Lindemann Homes and John <br /> Tate. <br /> • New handrail to have balusters installed to meet new code requirements. <br /> Note: If posts are found to be rotten Lindemann Homes will evaluate situation and provide a <br /> price to replace posts before work continues. <br />
