• Install new trim on outside of door. <br /> • Re-use existing trim on inside of door. <br /> • Cover door opening with plywood while new frame is built. <br /> Note: To replace the actual doors,add $250 to the estimate. <br /> SECTION 3: Repair sheetrock/ceiling tile. <br /> Repair sheetrock/ceiling tile estimate includes: <br /> • Repair spot in main living area ceiling by hot tub room. <br /> • Repair walls in main living area as needed. <br /> • Replace 2 ceiling tiles in sunken room. <br /> SECTION 4: Repair exterior frame of(1)window. <br /> Repair exterior frame of(1)window estimate includes: <br /> • Dis-assemble the exterior frame of(1)wood window on front of house. <br /> • Replace rotten components. <br /> • Caulk as needed. <br /> SECTION 5: Replace damaged siding. <br /> Replace damaged siding estimate includes: <br /> • Remove and replace 7 pieces of cedar siding. <br /> • Replace (1) piece of soffit at front entry. <br /> • Caulk as needed for newly replaced siding. <br /> • Repair bottom of front entry column <br /> Note: As paint prep is in progress, it is more than likely that more damaged siding will be <br /> found. During the walk around inspection only 7 pieces of damaged siding were noted. A piece <br /> of siding will have to be removed before I can order new siding to ensure the correct type of <br /> siding is ordered. <br /> SECTION 6: Replace deck handrail. <br /> Replace deck handrail estimate includes. <br /> • Remove rotten handrail on upper deck at back of house. <br /> • Re-use existing posts. <br /> • Wrap existing posts with new cedar trim and top. <br /> • Install new cedar handrail, per design discussed between Lindemann Homes and John <br /> Tate. <br /> • New handrail to have balusters installed to meet new code requirements. <br /> Note: If posts are found to be rotten Lindemann Homes will evaluate situation and provide a <br /> price to replace posts before work continues. <br />
