49930 N Santiam Hwy SE SITE VISIT REPORT <br /> Idanha, OR 97350-9503 State Farm Claim No. 37-11K4-75P <br /> PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br /> According to the Marion County Assessor's Property Records, the lot has an <br /> area of 1.07 acres and is Zoned "TC" (Timber Conservation). The Owner is listed as <br /> "Taylor, Donald L &Taylor, Brandi K" with a purchase date of 4/11/2014. The main <br /> house is listed as being built in 2003, with an area of 2,314 sq.ft. The asphalt <br /> driveway, with an area of 5,450 sq.ft., appears to have been part of the same building <br /> permit as the house, based upon the property records; however, the Policyholder <br /> believes that it was constructed in 2009. The detached garage is listed as being built <br /> in 2007, with an area of 1,584 sq.ft. The legal description for the property is"NORTH <br /> SANTIAM RIVER ACRES, LOT 7, ACRES 1.07." The shop building is orientated at an <br /> approximate 24° clockwise rotation, with the entrances facing South-Southwest. The <br /> shed has a similar plan view rotation. In this report, for references to North, South, <br /> East, or West sides of the buildings, the 19° to 24° rotations from North will be <br /> ignored. Latitude and longitude coordinates for the property are 44.69348°N and <br /> 122.0527°W, respectively. [See Figure 3 below.] <br /> EXISTING BUILDINGS <br /> Observations of the exterior of the buildings were made from ground level <br /> around the perimeter, from a stepladder, and from on top of the roofs. Observations <br /> of the interiors were made from accessible areas within the buildings, including the <br /> attics and an entrance to the underfloor crawl space of the house. Measurements <br /> were made using a BOSCH GLM80 laser distance measurer, a conventional <br /> contractor's 25 ft steel tape measure, and a 100 ft open reel tape measure.
