EARTHQUAKES To rule out the possibility of damage or effects from seismic shaking, earthquake histories were investigated. Querying earthquake history for Oregon from September 1, 2020 through March 6, 2021 (date of site visit), the closest earthquake to the site that was greater than magnitude 2.5 was a magnitude 2.7 earthquake, which occurred on January 17, 2021, 46 miles to the Northeast, near Government Camp. A magnitude 3.5 earthquake occurred on February 8, 2021, 61 miles to the Northwest, near Parkdale. These earthquakes would not have had any effect on the Property.
