Conditions required in the preliminary <br />approval have been met. The subdivider proposes developing the <br />60' right-of-way with a gravelled roadway. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that final <br />approval be granted, subject to: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Improving the proposed streets to conform with stand- <br />ards of the Marion County Engineer. <br /> <br />Providing a property line radius at the intersection <br />of 70th Avenue and State Highway #222, as required by <br />the subdivision code. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Dedication of a l' strip of land, designated as a <br />block, to Marion County on southerly edge of a 30' <br />right-of-way. <br /> <br />The Committee recommends the payment in lieu of park lands be <br />not required in this development, due to the size of the tracts <br />and the location of the subdivision. <br /> <br />APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION this 15th day of August, 1962. <br /> <br />< '~o~ <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br />
