Plaintiffs own certain real property identified by Defendant Marion County <br /> Assessor as tax account number R89157 (the"Property"). The Property is appraised by <br /> Defendant Marion County Assessor. <br /> 2. Plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Marion County Board of Property Tax <br /> Appeals. A true and correct copy of that order is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> 3. A true and correct copy of the Property's tax statement is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit B. <br /> 4. Plaintiffs purchased the Property in an arm's length transaction occurring on <br /> June 17, 2019 for a total purchase price of$3,200,000. <br /> 5. Plaintiffs' requested values for the 2019 assessment year are derived from the <br /> 2019 purchase price. This purchase price represents the best evidence of the Property's value <br /> in exchange consistent with the requirements of ORS 308.205 <br /> 6. As such, the Court should find that the total real market value of the Property as <br /> of January 1, 2019 is no more than $3,200,000. <br /> 1 <br />
