Plaintiff owns certain real property identified by Defendant Marion County <br /> Assessor as tax account number R329017 (the"Subject Property"). <br /> 13 2. The Subject Property is appraised by Defendant Marion County Assessor. <br /> 14 3. Plaintiff appeals from an order of the Marion County Board of Property Tax <br /> 15 Appeals, which was mailed on February 28, 2020. A true and correct copy of that order is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> 16 <br /> 4. A true and correct copy of the Subject Property's tax statement is attached <br /> 17 hereto as Exhibit B. <br /> 18 5. Market evidence, existing as of the January 1, 2019 valuation date, supports a <br /> 19 reduction in real market value. Plaintiff reasons that such a reduction is consistent with the value <br /> in exchange standard embodied within ORS 308.205. <br /> 20 6. The Court should find that the total real market value of the Property as of <br /> 21 January 1, 2019 is no more than $16,220,000. <br /> 22 7.
