When the panel is connected to the computer by a phone line and has an alarm we are notified at our office and are able to look at your system and make minor adjustments at no charge. If the system is not hooked up to a telephone we may need to make a site visit to determine the reason for the alarm. • GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A&B SEPTIC SERVICE. Customer agrees to pay all sums due and owing to A&B Septic Service in a timely manner. Interest shall accrue on all past due sums at the rate of 18%per annum. Customer also agrees to pay A&B Septic Service for all costs relating to actions to collect past due sums,including reasonable attorney fees in any forum regardless of whether a lawsuit is filed.
