Please refer to the signed approved site plan dated June 14, 2017. Any deviation from the approved plans must be authorized by this office prior to installation or the permit may be voided. SEPTIC TANK: 1000-gallon minimum -ANTIBOUVANCV IS REQUIRED AT THIS LOCATION. Install as per manufacturer's instructions listed on the Oregon DEQ website. PLASTIC TANK INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS: Install as per manufacturer's instruction listed on Oregon DEO website. TANK RISER: The tank must be installed with watertight risers extending to the ground surface or above. The riser lids must be gasketed and securely fastened. EFFLUENT SEWER: The effluent sewer is the pipe from the septic tank to the distribution box. The material required is 3034 or Schedule 40 pipe with 18-gauge minimum green tracer wire or green metallic tape placed along the pipe. The effluent sewer shall extend at least five(5)feet from the tank. There must be a minimum difference of eight(8)inches between the invert(flow line)of the septic tank outlet and the invert of the distribution or drop box outlet. In Equal Distribution,there must be six(6)inches of fall between the septic tank outlet and the distribution box inlet. In Serial Distribution,there must be two(2) inches of fall between the septic tank outlet and the drop box inlet. .OBSERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by the DEQ rules.
