Please refer to the signed approved site plan dated November 30,2017. Any deviation from the approved plans must be authorized by this office prior to installation or the permit may be voided. ANTIBOUYANCY IS REQUIRED AT THIS LOCATION. Install as per manufacturers instructions listed on the Oregon DEQ website TANK RISER'. The tank must be installed with watertight risers extending to the ground surface or above. The riser lid must be gasketed and securely fastened. HEADER PIPE between Distribution Box and drainfield trench must measure a minimum of 4 feet, must be installed level, and bedded on undisturbed earth. AN EFFLUENT LIFT PUMPWILL BE REQUIRED to install the septic system disposal field in the approved area and at the required depth. Detailed instructions for dosing tank/effluent pump installations are available in our office. The electrical wiring to the pump and alarm must be installed in accordance with the appropriate Electrical Code. The electrical work must be done under a Marion County Electrical Permit and must be inspected and approved by a Marion County Electrical Inspector. The work must be left uncovered and accessible for inspection. The electrical inspection includes the connections to the pump and alarm in the dosing tank,the wiring in the trench and the connections in the structure. OBSERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by the Department of Environmental Quality rules.
