Marion County Building Inspection Division <br /> OREGON Onsite Wastewater Review <br /> ® PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Permit Number: 555-15-007824-SEP Date: December 2,2015 <br /> Project Address: 21579 Champoeg Creek Lane NE,St Paul <br /> Parcel 042W12 01300 <br /> Completed By: Larry Olander,WWS,Onsite Wastewater Specialist <br /> ONSITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM INSTALLATION <br /> Approved Area & System Type <br /> This property has been approved for a STANDARD INITIAL SEPTIC SYSTEM in the area of the test <br /> holes identified under Site Evaluation 555-15-002914-SEP. The proposed installation plan is approved. <br /> Please refer to the signed approved site plan dated November 27, 2015. Any deviation from the <br /> approved plans must be authorized by this office prior to installation or the permit may be voided It's <br /> the responsibility of applicant/installer to coordinate these requirements with all others in OAR 340- <br /> 071-0220. <br /> This permit is for a system designed to serve a single family dwelling with a maximum of 4 bedrooms. <br /> Peak sewage flow into the system is limited to a maximum of 450 gallons per day, with an average <br /> sewage flow of not more than 225 gallons per day. Premature failure of the treatment system may occur <br /> if either of these flow quantities is exceeded. If for some reason,you expect your domestic household <br /> water use may exceed these flows, it is advisable to increase the size of the treatment system. <br /> Specific Requirements <br /> SEPTIC TANK: Minimum 1500 gallons <br /> DRAINFIELD: Standard trenches <br /> Length: 375 lineal feet <br /> Depth of drainfield lines: Minimum 24"; Maximum 30" <br /> EFFLUENT SEWER: The effluent sewer is the pipe from the septic tank to the drop box. The <br /> material required is 3034 or Schedule 40 pipe with 18-gauge minimum green tracer wire or green <br /> metallic tape placed along the pipe. The effluent sewer shall extend at least 5 feet from the tank. There <br /> must be a minimum difference of 8 inches between the invert(flow line) of the septic tank outlet and <br /> the invert of the drop box outlet. Serial Distribution is required for this system. There must be at least <br /> 2 inches of fall between the septic tank outlet and the drop box inlet, and 6 inches of drop within the <br /> box. <br /> DO NOT INSTALL SYSTEM DURING WINTER MONTHS (Nov. 1 —March 1) <br /> The geographical area in which the property lies is considered a risk to installation during winter <br /> months. Therefore, for this installation a Marion County Onsite Wastewater Specialist must <br /> specifically approve this site for installation from November Is'to March I5'.
