The proposed installation plan is approved. Please refer to the signed approved site plan dated November 27, 2015. Any deviation from the approved plans must be authorized by this office prior to installation or the permit may be voided It's the responsibility of applicant/installer to coordinate these requirements with all others in OAR 340- 071-0220. This permit is for a system designed to serve a single family dwelling with a maximum of 4 bedrooms. Peak sewage flow into the system is limited to a maximum of 450 gallons per day, with an average sewage flow of not more than 225 gallons per day. Premature failure of the treatment system may occur if either of these flow quantities is exceeded. If for some reason,you expect your domestic household water use may exceed these flows, it is advisable to increase the size of the treatment system. Specific Requirements SEPTIC TANK: Minimum 1500 gallons DRAINFIELD: Standard trenches Length: 375 lineal feet Depth of drainfield lines: Minimum 24"; Maximum 30" EFFLUENT SEWER: The effluent sewer is the pipe from the septic tank to the drop box. The material required is 3034 or Schedule 40 pipe with 18-gauge minimum green tracer wire or green metallic tape placed along the pipe. The effluent sewer shall extend at least 5 feet from the tank. There must be a minimum difference of 8 inches between the invert(flow line) of the septic tank outlet and the invert of the drop box outlet. Serial Distribution is required for this system. There must be at least 2 inches of fall between the septic tank outlet and the drop box inlet, and 6 inches of drop within the box. DO NOT INSTALL SYSTEM DURING WINTER MONTHS (Nov. 1 —March 1) The geographical area in which the property lies is considered a risk to installation during winter months. Therefore, for this installation a Marion County Onsite Wastewater Specialist must specifically approve this site for installation from November Is'to March I5'.
