Before the process can continue,
ENGINEERING there are issues involving the property lines that need to be resolved.
ENVIRONMENTAL property appears
SERVICES rlY This r0 e to be on two legal lots of record, currently combined
for tax purposes. In order to designate the usable area for repair, a single-
OPERATIONS owner easement is required.
PARKS As long as the shop is on its own lot, a separate repair area, just for the
PLANNING shop, must be established and shown on the plans. The proposed system
SURVEYfor the shop can be constructed of adequate size for a single family
dwelling.
If the lots were to be combined through a 1-partition plat, the house and
shop would be treated one in the same. The shop could use the proposed
drainfield, and the house could also use the same drainfield as its repair
system. No easements would be required, and no separate repair area for -
the shop would be needed.
•
When a decision is made, r -a e submit the required material.
