The proposed system <br /> SURVEYfor the shop can be constructed of adequate size for a single family <br /> dwelling. <br /> If the lots were to be combined through a 1-partition plat, the house and <br /> shop would be treated one in the same. The shop could use the proposed <br /> drainfield, and the house could also use the same drainfield as its repair <br /> system.
