Please refer to the approved site plan dated June 27,
2019.
Specific Requirements
Refer to the Soil Notes/Site Evaluation Worksheet which shows the approved areas and
other details of the site visit.
THE EXISTING SEPTIC TANK MUST BE ABANDONED WHEN THE REPLACEMENT
DRAINFIELD IS INSTALLED. The tank must be pumped by a licensed septic tank
pumping service, then certified for abandonment by the installer.
A DETAILED SEPTIC SYSTEM STAKEOUTOF THE INITIAL SYSTEM IS REQUIRED
prior to the issuance of a septic system installation permit. A scale drawn, detailed site
plan must be submitted with the application for the installation permit. This is normally sufficient to serve a
residence with 4 (four) bedrooms. Premature failure of the treatment system may occur
if either of these flow quantities is exceeded. If, for some reason, you expect your water
use may exceed these flows, it may be advisable to increase the size of the treatment
system.
2. Any alteration of natural soil conditions (i.e. cutting or filling) in the acceptable area
may void this approval.
3. Both the initial and replacement disposal areas are to be protected from traffic,
livestock and farming activities, development or other potential disturbance of natural
soil conditions.
4.
