Please refer to the <br /> signed approved site plan dated May 21, 2019. Any deviation from the <br /> approved plans must be authorized by this office prior to installation or the <br /> permit may be voided. <br /> TANK RISER: The tank must be installed with watertight risers extending to <br /> the ground surface or above. The riser lid must be gasketed and securely <br /> fastened. <br /> Tanks must be protected from vehicular traffic at all times. Permanent <br /> barricades are required. <br /> EFFLUENT SEWER: The effluent sewer is the pipe from the septic tank to the <br /> distribution box. The material required is 3034 or Schedule 40 pipe with <br /> 18-gauge minimum green tracer wire or green metallic tape placed along the . <br /> pipe. The effluent sewer shall extend at least five (5) feet from the tank. There <br /> must be a minimum difference of eight (8) inches between the invert (flow line) <br /> of the septic tank outlet and the invert of the distribution or drop box outlet. In <br /> • Equal Distribution, there must be six (6) inches of fall between the septic tank <br /> outlet and the distribution box inlet. <br /> OBSERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by <br /> the Department of Environmental Quality rules.
