NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the terms,provisions,covenants and conditions contained herein,the Parties heretotgreeas follows: 1.0 Performance of Basic Services The Authorized AdvanTex Service Provider;Shallperform the System Inspection/Service Visits during the.24-month period after installation,as marked: - Inspection/ServiceVisits' 3-6 months X 6-12 months X 12-18 months X 18-24 months X Alarm Response Other Services' System Monitoring X Reporting .X As required by NSl;thaw services will be included as pan,of the initial putrlwse-ofthe system. At each service visit the System shall be inspected and serviced in accordance with the instructions in the Systems O&M'slannal:Additionally,an effluent quality inspection consisting ofa visual assessment ofco tor,turbidity,and scum overflow and an olfactory assessmentfor odor shall be performed.
