Duerr,EHST, Onsite Wastewater Specialist SEPTIC SYSTEM RECORD REVIEW This record review was conducted in conjunction with Property Line Adjustment Case number 18-030. The current 4.69 acre parcel will be reduced to 2.5 acres after the partition. The Marion County file records show that Site Evaluation number 555-17-006303 was completed on January 10, 2018. The site was approved for a standard system in the designated approved area. A site visit on April 17, 2019 verified that the new property lines will still allow the full placement of a standard system in the usable area designated in the same site evaluation. THIS RECORD REVIEW IS BASED ON THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY THE APPLICANT. Please refer to the signed site plan dated April 17, 2019. THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair area must both be protected. THE SEPTIC TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED AND INSPECTED by a licensed septic tank pumping service approximately EVERY FIVE (5) YEARS. The septic tank is a reservoir for the solid materials in the sewage waste stream. Excessive accumulation of these solid materials in the septic tank will cause the solids to wash out of the tank and into the drain-field.
