<br />This survey was mode to monument adjusted property lines to reconfigure
<br />Deed Parcels 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Reel 2683, Page 321 into three tracts as N00'50'02"W-4
<br />approved in Marion County Notice of Decision for Property Line Adjustment 82.90'
<br />Case No. 12-014. During the initial measurements, the fence along the
<br />east line was found not to be on the meridian line as expected. Because
<br />both involved property owners had observed the fence as the property
<br />line, a boundary agreement was recorded to make certain the location NOO*01'1
<br />of that line and to avoid disputes regarding the line. 59.10'

<br />For this survey, the boundaries of Deed Parcels 3 and 5 needed to be
<br />z
<br />retraced. Surveys by Herrick (6285), Barnes (13374), Solberg (0192944),I NOO*47'1 8"W--,4
<br />Nettleton (33874), and Gorman (35844) have previously addressed those n 90.88'
<br />boundaries. Monuments set or found in those surveys were found and held
<br />in this survey.
<br />Two of the three reconfigured tracts were monumented as shown; the third X
<br />X
<br />tract was not surveyed.
<br />The agreed boundary is marked by the fence, which UJ o,
<br />should be held for the line. In the event of its destruction, the courses shown
<br />should be used to retrace its location.

<br />Coordinates for this survey are from the Oregon Coordinate Reference 03

<br />American Datum of 1983. Linear distortion for this survey is anticipated to
<br />be plus or minus 0.05 feet to 0.1 feet per mile. Coordinates at the quarter I 0

<br />Eosting 252292.8653. Coordinates at the northwest corner of the Henry P
