The contractor shall obtain and maintain at all times during the term of this contract, workers' compensation insurance wit6 statutory limits and employers' liability insurance. The CONTRACTOR shall provide the OWNER with evidence that it is a carrier- insured or self-insured employer in full compliance with the requirements of ORS Chapter 656, or that it employs no persons subject to the requirements of ORS 656, Workers' Compensation Coverage. 908 PATENTS: As a condition to entering into the contract agreement, the C~NTRACTOR assumes full responsibiliry for any applicable licensing agreement that may be required to accomplish the work set forth within the technical specifications when any device or process specified herein or required by the work is snbject to a United States Patent or Trademark_ The process and devices specified within the technical specificatians are not intended to grant any rights to the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRAC"TOR agrees upon entering into the contract to obtain any required licensing agreements enforceable under the U.S. patents or Trademark, and further the CONTRACTOR, and his surety, agree to hold the OVYNER and Technical Consultant harniless for dama.ges for Patent ar Tra~.emazk infringement including cost for attorneys fees of said OWNER or Technical Consultant. 909 QUALITY OF THE W4RK: The CONTRACTOR shall prosecute the work in diligent fashion and perform all aspects of the work in a worker like manner in accordance with accepted industry standazds. Products and equipment used in the work shall be used in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions. The CONTRAC'TOR shali promptly correct such portions of the work to the specified condition at no additional cost to the OWNER. 910 USE OF PREMISES: The CONTRACTOR and his representatives shall comply with the regulations of the OWNER regarding access routes, working hours, and employee canduct wile in or on the premises_ Work shall be performed under this contract in a manner that shali not unreasonably interrupt or interfere with the nonnal use of the facility_ 911 SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR: The CONTRACTOR shall give his personal superintendence to the work or have a competent foreman or superintendent, satisfactory to the OWNER, on the work at aIl times during pzogress, with authority to act on the CONTRACTOR'S behalf. 912 WARRANTY: The CONTRACTOR shall guarantee materials and workmanship against all defects for a one (1) yeaz period following final acceptance of the work. Where other portions of the specifications required an extended warranty period for spec~c featnres of the work, that extended period shall apply. 913 INSURANCE: The CONTRACTOR shall maintain at contractors expense, and in force for the term of the contract, Cammercial General Liability Insurance covering bodily injury, property damage, contractual and personal injury for the indemnity provided under this contract and products/completed operations liability for his own operations and vehicles and on work he may sublet to others.
