~10/06/98 TUI; 08:46 FA\ 503 223 4606 BIEL\'IN 111ARK CO~IPANIES [~002
~ ~ ~
To: Ed Einowski
~
From: Craig R. Lewis - Project Manager
Date: 10/OS/98
Re: Latest 8udget Numbers and Add Aftemate #2 Information - per your request
Ed-
Enclosed are the latest Courthouse Square Budget Numbers. Please note that this budget refleds a
project with 258 paricing stalls. Add altemate #2 would bring the number of stalls to 324 (a full block
subsurFace parking level) which extends under the north end opportunity site. This is the component
~ we would like to address on Thursday,
ntly nsi iv y ' for add altemate # 2(soft costs are estimated), which 1 have
also in uded for your reference.
The final item relates to the p~operty division between the no~th end site and the remainder of site. The
parceling of this property is somewhat complicated, as Transit must own that walkway area on the very
north end of the bus ma11 and would have to grant an easement to the developer to constn~ct above
their walkway.
Cc: Billy Wassan
No Attachments
Va e-mail
• Page 1
