We look forward to <br />working with you and the County's finance team in making the COP offering a success. <br />Scott Clements asked that I provide the County with our standard investment banking agreement. <br />`~-- Even though I have enclosed an executed agreement, please understand that we are open to <br />considering any changes the County may wish to make.
