Select as Co-Senior Managers the firms of Prudential <br />Securities and Solomon Smith Barney for the Courthouse <br />Square Project. <br />2. Authorize staff to negotiate and execute a contract with the <br />selected firms. <br />Backg~ound: <br />In response to a County initiated R.F.P. we received three proposals. Our <br />financial advisors, R.S. Clements & Associates, evaluated the responses and <br />have recommended that we select these two firms as Co-Senior Underwriters <br />on the project. This recommendation allows the County to take advantage of <br />the lowest quote and wider experience of both firms. <br />R.S.
