Billy, attached are the 2°d drafts of the City streetscape agreements. I have
~ included some e-mails from Dick Hayden and I have forwarded, by e-mail, a
copy of the agreement to John Whittington. Leonard informs me that he is
still working on the amended bid forms to obtain unit costs for streetscape.
I briefed the BOC on the unit pricing issue last week. Getting the bid forms
in a format that meets city approval is essential to completing the agreements.
You should also be aware that the city told us Monday that we must allow
them to review the project bids before we award the bids to a contractor.
Their interest is to review the streetscape unit costs and compare them against
the ACC estimates to make sure the costs are realistic (see section 3, pg. 3 of
the agreement.
f~''~~~ ~ ~f
~ ~ - ..,t . . . ~.
~ ~ ~...~,.. . ~ . , t ..
0
JAN ?
