Sq. -Reply <br />I need to give this more consideration. Off hand, I don't see this as major problem. As you say, ~ just reduces the <br />amount the county must borrow. This assumes (AND THIS IS WHERE THINGS COULD GET COMPLICATED), <br />that the Solid Waste o~ce space is simply part of the county condominium unit and is still pledged as security <br />against repayment of the county revenue bonds or other financing. In other words, payment up ftont by Solid <br />Waste is just an intemal arrangement. After all, Solid Waste is just a department within Marion County. The <br />department has no separate legal status. It cannot own property or transact business, except as an agency of the <br />county. <br />
