From: JAMES SEARS '9c'i'
To: Bwasson
Date: 7/20/98 2:26pm - ~`~(
Subject: CH2 ~,~,~
~.
.,.
Billy "`l .
.~;
I wanted to follow up on several items. I called your nUmber and must have missed you so here is an e-mail.
First. Have you heard any more on my proposal for solid waste to pay for our cost of the floor space that we would
be using up front?
Second. I received a copy of a letter from Leonard Lodder regarding them charging extra for Green Building and
use or recycled materials in building. I have several thoughts. First before I would agree to this I would like to
know what they have in mind and what the cost might be. I feft that is why I hired an outside consuftant was to do
this work and all Costic would have to do is include in the bid spec. I believe that there is minimal work required by
Costic.
Lastly. I called Randy Franke and left him a message regarding the floor plans. The cut off date was to be the
17th. I could not meet that as Costic has not completed our area. The reason was that we were moved again.
This time to take housing off the 5th floor to help the ability to rent the 5th to outside interest due to less foot traffic
to our office. I am not comfortable with Costic's first design. Lisa shared some other designs that she considered
and there is one that I would like to pursue. However, it would split the space left for rent in two areas. From my
perspective this is not a problem as it leaves a 3,000 and a 5,000. Anyway, I assume that Randy will be getting
back to me.
Jim
