I will check in with Ken Iltz to see what if any information gaps exist from his perspective. Nancy and I are working togetherto assemble the info packages for the rating agencies. The base data includes an early draft of the Preliminary O~cial Statement, aud'Rs and the like. To the extent possible it would be beneficial to amplifythe base data with a personal¢ed piece about the project itself, the partnership with Transit, the operating and intangible benefits it will provide to the County and the benefRs of another downtown anchor to the City and the County, blah, blah, blah (in short, sharing the vision). I am also reviewing Pru's initial "s¢ing run" ( a term you'll hear from now on). It is a preliminary structuring of the financing togetherwith early interest rate estimates. IYs purpose is to initiate discussion on both points and to provide an estimate of the total dollar amount of the COP issue necessary to cover all costs. I'll check in regularly and keep you abreast of any developments I become aware of.
