Appearance of Interested Citizens". <br />(a) FY 1999-2000 Budget (Budget Committee) <br />Recommended Action: Approve Request <br />Note: Prior to tonight's City Council meeting, there is <br />a meeting of the Budget Committee. Staff is <br />recommending that: (1) The general fund budget be <br />prepared based on the $3.8 million reduction package <br />presented by the City Manager on July 27, 1998; (2) <br />The City Council approve the formation of a Revenue <br />Task Force; and (3) The budget process be accelerated <br />so that the City Manager presents his recommended <br />budget in January, 1998 <br />See Budget Committee Report, Budget Agenda, Item VIII <br />(b) Request for Fee Waiver (Ann Kelly, Hands Are Not For <br />Hurting) <br />Recommended Action: Deny Request <br />9 <br />
