3. APPEARANCE OF INTERESTED CITIZENS : Up to thirty minutes is <br />available for persons other than City Board and Commission <br />representatives to comment on specific agenda items other than <br />communications to be referred to staff or received and filed, public <br />hearings, deliberations and the merits of land use issues that are <br />reviewable by Council at public hearings. Each person's comments will <br />be limited to three minutes. <br />If comments will exceed thirty minutes, additional time for comments is <br />provided after Deliberations. <br />Time will be provided at the end of the meeting for comments or <br />questions on communications to be referred to staff or received and <br />filed, and issues not on this agenda. <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items on the Consent Calendar that will be <br />adopted as a group by a single motion. (Action on any item requested <br />for discussion will be deferred until after Management Reports.) <br />4.1 CALENDAR OF RESOLUTIONS: <br />(a) Approving acquisition of easements - Construction of <br />sanitary sewer trunk line - EDGEWATER ST NW (DALLAS <br />HIGHWAY) right of way to existing 12-inch sewer on <br />property owned by Capital Manor at 1955 Dallas Highway <br />NW - Ward 8- Councilor Wheeler <br />Note: A staff report from Public Works is included in <br />the packet <br />(b) Declaring intent to acquire property for public use in <br />conjunction with NORTH GATEWAY URBAN RENEWAL PLAN - <br />NILES AVE NE, north of Interstate 5 near the <br />intersection of Blossom Dr and the railroad tracks - <br />Ward 5 - Councilor Scott <br />Note: A staff report from Community Development is <br />included in the packet <br />5 <br />
