~~ <br />~ <br />CITY OF <br />AT YOUR SERVICE <br />January 25, 1999 <br />Marion County <br />Billy Wasson <br />3150 Lancaster Drive NE <br />Salem, Oregon 97305 <br />RE: Courthouse Square - Bid Form <br />_.._ __.-, <br />fl C~Od~ <br />JAN ~ 7 1999 <br />RISK MANAGEMENT <br />On January 21, 1999, Mr. Leonard Lodder of Arbuckle Costic Architects furnished for review <br />and approval by the Salem Urban Renewal Agency the enclosed Form of Proposal (bid form) <br />for elements of Agency participation in the subject project. <br />This letter grants the Agency's acceptance of the bid form as submitted excepting the <br />following: <br />Page 11, line 6(a) through (c) Storm Sewer <br />Page 12, line 15 (a) and (b) Sanitary Sewer <br />Page 8, line 23 Pavement Cutting <br />Page 12, lines 10 and 17 Pavement Cutting <br />Page 13, line 27 Pavement Cutting <br />Both the storm sewer and sanitary sewer elements listed above are part of the private system <br />connecting to the public system. The Agency will participate in only the public utilities.
