5. NUISANCES. No nuisances will be allowed <br />~ Condominium property, nor any use or practice that is the <br />annoyance to occupants or which interferes with the <br />possession and proper use of the property by its occupa <br />parts of the Condominium will be kept in a clean and <br />condition, and no rubbish, refuse or garbage allowed to ac <br />nor any fire hazard allowed to exist. All such garbage <br />shall be placed inside disposal containers. No unit c <br />permit any use of his unit or make any use of the commor <br />that will increase the cost of insurance upon the Cc <br />property. <br />~ <br />~ <br />6. IMPROPER, OFFENSIVE OR UNLAWFUL USE. No <br />offensive or unlawful use will be made of the Condominiu <br />nor any part of it; all valid laws, zoning ordin <br />regulations of governmental bodies having jurisdictio <br />observed. COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EAS MENTS IN <br />OTHER DOCUMENTS.
