It shall be the responsibility of each unit owner at all times to have designated an official represe tative of such unit owner for purposes of serving as a Director. 8. REMOVAL OF DIRECTORS. At any time, upon written notice to all other Directors, a unit owner may remove its articular designated representative and substitute a new esignated representative for such unit owner to serve as a memb r of the Board of Directors. , 9. ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING. The first meeting of a newly- designated Board of Directors shall be held within ten (1 ) days of election at such place as shall be fixed by the Directo s at the meeting at which such Directors were designated. 10. REGULAR MEETINGS. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors may be held at such time and place as shall be determined, from time to time, by the Directors.
