ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING. The first meeting of a newly- <br />designated Board of Directors shall be held within ten (1 ) days of <br />election at such place as shall be fixed by the Directo s at the <br />meeting at which such Directors were designated. <br />10. REGULAR MEETINGS. Regular meetings of the Board of <br />Directors may be held at such time and place as shall be <br />determined, from time to time, by the Directors.
