~ BYLAWS <br />OF <br />COURTHOUSE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM <br />Exhibit "B" to <br />Courthouse Square Condominium Declaration <br />ARTICLE I <br />PLAN OF UNIT OWNERSHIP <br />l. UNIT OWNERSHIP. The Condominium, located 'n Marion <br />County, Oregon, known as the Courthouse Square Condom'nium, is <br />submitted to the provisions of the Oregon Revised Statutes Section <br />~nn_nn5 et sec_. the Oreaon Condominium Act. I <br />2. BYLAWS APPLICABILITY. The provisions of these B laws are <br />applicable to the Condominium, the owners' associatio and the <br />entire management structure thereof. (The term "Condom nium" as <br />used herein shall include the land). i <br />3. PERSONAL APPLICATION. All present or futurE <br />tenants, future tenants or their employees, or any other p <br />~ might use the facilities of the Condominium in any mai <br />subject to the regulations set forth in these Byla~ <br />acquisition, occupancy or rental of any of the unit; <br />Condominium or the mere act of occupancy of any such u~ <br />constitute acceptance and ratification of these By <br />agreement to comply with all the provisions hereof. <br />4.
