Failure to comply with any of the terms of t'e Declaration, Bylaws and any rules or regulations adopted thereunder shall be grounds for reli f, which may include, without intending to limit the same, an action to recover money due, dama es or a suit for injunctive relief or any combination thereof. Relief may be sought by the Associ tion, Board of Directors, an officer, a professional manager or management firm, or by an aggriev d Unit owner. i 14.5 Costs and Attorneys' Fees. In any proceeding arising because of all ged default by a Unit owner, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover the cost of the procee ings and such reasonable attorneys' fees as may be determined by the trial court in any trial or b the appellate court in any appeal thereof. ', 14.6 Compliances. Each Unit owner shall comply with the Declaration a d Bylaws and with the administrative Rules and Regulations adopted thereunder, and with all o her applicable covenants, conditions and restrictions of record. Failure to comply therewith shall e grounds for suit or action maintainable by the Association or any Unit owner, in addition to ther sanctions which may be provided by the Bylaws or by any existing administrative Rules and egulations. 14.7 Conflicting Provisions. In the event of a conflict between 'r among the Declaration, Bylaws and any administrative Rules and Regulations, the pro isions of the Declaration shall be pazamount to the Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations, and th Bylaws shall be paramount to the Rules and Regulations. For purposes of this Section 1~4.7, the term "Declaration" shall include all amendments and the term "Bylaws" shall include all a~nendments. ~ 14.8 Section and Para~raph Captions. Section and paragraph captionsi are not a part hereof unless the context other requires. In construing this Declaration, it is unders ood that if the context so requires, the singular pronouns shall be taken to mean and include he plural, the masculine, feminine and neuter, and that generally, all grammatical changes all be made, assumed and implied to make the provisions hereof apply equally to individuals, Itrusts, estates, personal representative, trustees and corporations.
