EXHIBIT 23 <br />ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />SAI,EM AREA MASS TRANSIT DISTRICT <br />_ - AND <br />R. G. ANDERSEN-WYCROFF <br />IT IS AGREED: <br />' 1. The Agreement entered into August 24, 1995 is amended as <br />hereinafter provided. <br />' 2. Effective July ~1, 1996, the General Manager shall be paid <br />in bi-weekly installments an annual salary rate of <br />' $80,000. <br />3. Effective July 1, 1996, the Geiieral Manager shall receive <br />the same fringe benefits as other District non-bargaining <br />~ unit, exempt employees, which shall be fully paid by the <br />District, with the following exceptions: <br />a. The General Manager shall be credited with a total <br />~ of 80 hours of administrative leave on July l, 1996, and <br />each July lst thereafter. ~ <br />' b. Effective July 1, 1996, the General Manager shall <br />accrue vacation leave at the rate of 5.19 hours bi- <br />weekly. <br />, 4. The General Manager will not be eligible for any further <br />negotiated salary and benefit adjustment during the <br />period July 1, 1996, through June 30, 1998. However, <br />' upon approval by the Board, the General Manager will be <br />eligible to receive the same amount in cost of living <br />increases as may be granted to the District's exempt <br />' personnel, but not to exceed an increase consistent with <br />the change in the ALL - U.S. cost of living index (wage <br />earners). <br />, 5.
