The proposers offer~ed financial, <br />' architechiral, coristruction and development services to Marion County and the <br /> Salem Area Transit District ~~ <br />, ~ ~ On June 4,1996 a 10 person rc,wiew.panel conducted interviews with thc two <br /> uroposers.
