ONGOING ISSUES <br />Code Issues <br />5-7 Issues to be addressed with the City: Project components that fall within in the City's right of <br />way e.g. transformer, bay windows, water service. REV. 7-23 ACTION: Leonard will <br />schedule a follow-up meeting with Lew Garrison to address remaining code issues (including <br />rights of way). <br />~Se~cur~it' <br />'7~S It was determined that a$50 K allowance should be carried in the project budget for a card <br />access system. Transit is interested in incorporating conduit into the working drawings for <br />future security requirements. ACTION: Transit will identify anticipated locations of <br />security devices that may require the running of conduit. Leonazd will have these <br />incorporated in the drawings. REV. 7-17 The security system allowance will be increased to <br />$60 K. REV. 7-30 A County representative will attend a portion of the meeting to discuss <br />security lighting issues. The security system allowance will be increased to $72 K. <br />Streetscape Funding <br />5-21 The initial step in the process is to provide the City with a detailed cost list of Streetscape <br />items for approval and comment. Details on Streetscape costs need to be presented to the <br />Development Review Board. Once completed, the City will draft an intergovernmental <br />agreement. <br />Subslab Hydrostatic Pressure <br />~ 6-26 CAC Item-Should Plugs be installed in the P1 slab for potential hydrostatic pressure under <br />unusual water level conditions. ACTION: Leonard to refer issue to Century West <br />Geotechmcal for additional review. <br />Air Quality at Transit Mall <br />6-26 CAC Item -Will the bus mall have adequate air movement to prevent undesirable air quality <br />conditions. REV. 7-23 RG confirmed that buses would not be idling in the bus mall.
