Floors Two and Three will be used to establish high and low e~ctremes in <br />the HVAC system. <br />Electrical <br />7-30 The team met with Interface Electrical to clarify estimate assumptions 7-29. The team met <br />with Interface on 7-30 to further define electrical scope. Leonard will provide the final DD <br />space plans to Interface to allow them to finalize electrical DD (by end of day Friday). <br />Interface will provide finalized plans to ACC by 12:00 Wednesday 8-5. A technical meeting <br />is set for 8-6 at 9:00 to review the electrical plan with Interface Electrical. <br />Elevators <br />7-23 M1~~IDC has raised concerns regarding elevator service. Dan felt that an additional elevator <br />might be required to provide satisfactory elevator wait times. ACTION: Leonard will set a <br />conference call with Lerch Bates (elevator consultants) and requested a proposal for an <br />elevator service analysis. NIl~~IDC will do further research with their elevator contacts to <br />discuss adequacy of service. REV. 7-30 Initial analysis indicates that three elevators will be <br />required. Lerch Bates is preparing a proposal for an elevator service analysis and <br />specification preparation. <br />PRECONSTRUCTION <br />Additional Borings by Geotech <br />5-28 In Century West's (geotech) initial investigative report, they recommended that additional <br />borings be taken in those areas that were inaccessible due to building obstructions. REV. 6- <br />18 The work order has been approved. REV 7-2. The anticipated boring dates are 6-24/25. <br />REV. 7-9 REV. 7-30 Leonard contacted Glen Cook who indicated that there appeared to be <br />no unusual conditions detected. Leonard expects a written report by the end of the week. <br />Topographical Survey <br />5-28 Leonard indicated that there was not a post-remediation topographical survey of the site. <br />ACC felt it would be important to have such a survey to estimate excavation quantities, and it <br />would be useful during bidding. REV. 7-16 The Count is w - rnal <br />c ntractin '~s. The survey needs to be co p ete y the first week of August for Leonard <br />an C's respective uses. REV. 7-30 The final survey is expected tomorrow. <br />NORTH END OPPORTUNITY 5ITE <br />Subcommittee Meeting <br />7-2 Ben has completed the latest draft of the RFP and distributed to the N-end RFP team for <br />review and comment. Ben is app yi g or an exemption from portions of the FTA contracting <br />requirements for the future developer. REV 7-9 A copy of the RFP has provided to Dick <br />Hayden to review from the perspective of urban renewal. The proposed land lease is being <br />reviewed by NIlVIDC's financing contacts for comment. REV. 7-16 R.G. to address FTA <br />waiver during his meeting with FTA ne~ct week. REV. 7-23 R.G. discussed the waiver with <br />FTA and is optimistic about its approval. <br />~ <br />
