Our next critical issue is the de-watering plan. <br />Regarding demolition we have had a verbal statement from Staton Construction indicating August <br />18'~ as a finish date. The demolition would be starting today with the old Community Development <br />site. <br />There has been some question as to where to send bills. For the ne~ few weeks, unt11 Melvin Mark <br />Companies gets up-to-speed, continue to send all bills to RG and Randy for review. We will revisit <br />this in July. Melvin Mark Companies requested informaNon on what has beed spent against <br />the budget today. County has appro~umately $7,000,000 in funds available befo~e they have to <br />rely on COP's.
