The tank is adjacent to <br />the curb line and is approximately 1/3 filled with what appears to be diesel heating fuel. <br />Preliminary inspection by CW indicated that there didn't appear to be impacted soils around <br />the tank. Testing was conducted and results are pending. REV. 4-29 The tank discovered <br />adjacent to Court did not leak and has been removed. <br />PERMITS AND APPROVALS <br />Permits <br />4-29 The public works permit has not yet been obtained. <br />Streetscape <br />4-1 John distributed the streetscape underfunding letter. REV. 4-15 The change order for the <br />additional work associated with the sewer line relocation has been submitted to the City and is <br />under review. REV. 4-29 Randy C. distributed a response from the City regarding the sewer <br />relocation. The City will pay the cost of work with some reservations. <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />Space Planning Revisions <br />3-25 Randy C. is preparing a report that will identify County-generated internal space planning <br />change requests. REV. 4-1 Randy C. informed the development team that the County <br />commissioners are aware of potential cost impacts and will take a conservative approach <br />when approving any department-initiated modifications to current space plans. REV. 4-29 <br />Leonard has transmitted a proposal for design services for possible modifications of the space <br />plans. <br />Time CapsuleBrick Sale <br />4-15 Leonard identified the east or west entry columns as potential locations for the time capsule. <br />Marcia proposed that the team look at brick sales to encourage public participation. REV. 4- <br />29 Craig contacted the firm that organized the Pioneer Courthouse Square brick sale. He <br />briefed the group on cost, timing and general organization. <br />CONTRACTOR ISSUES <br />Recycling of Construction Waste <br />4-29 A meeting was held on 4-29 to review the status of construction waste recycling. Solid Waste <br />and Harding Lawson have reviewed the recycling plan and are generally pleased with P/K's <br />efforts. <br />Partnering <br />4-29 ACTION: Craig will prepare meeting notes from the partnering session and distribute to <br />participants.
