I was confused so I called Steve Gabrud to check out the situation. I am of <br />the understanding that when we originallly set up our transaction that Norwest had <br />set up a capitalized interest account in the amount of $1.6m for the project. <br />Steve told me initially that that was also his understanding and he later called me <br />back and told me that that had never been done. We believe that such an account <br />needs to be set up so that we do not violate the terms of the trust agreement. <br />Please advise asap on a solution to this situation.
