This <br />facilRy is operated as other county owned facilities even though we lease the building. The annex operates at a <br />loss and will require a subsidy if the operation remains wfthin the Courthouse Square construction budget. Because <br />of the move in date of April 1997, we paid four months rent for two months occupancy and ended the fiscal year <br />1996/97 wRh an $89K loss which the construction cashFlow absorbed in a reduced carryover.
