We expect to <br />extend to you the same rental rate you had previously agreed to pay to the <br />seller. The escrow records indicate that you have paid your rent cunent to <br />March 31, 1997. No payment was paid for April 1997. <br />This is your invoice for April rent @$275 and May rent @$275 for a total <br />payment of $555.00. Full payment is due on May 1, 1997. <br />Make your check or money order payable to Marion County and forward it to <br />General Services, 100 High Street, Room 5321, Salem, Oregon 97301. If you <br />want to make payment in person you can deliver it to the General Services <br />receptionist on the 5~ floor of the Courthouse. This will be the only billing <br />you will receive. <br />During the relocation check out, an inventory of county owned property will <br />be taken.
